SRT Policies
Registration and Payment for Classes
Online: Go to “Classes” and register. An email will be sent confirming payment and terms. Payment may be made with your Visa or MasterCard.
By Phone: Call 425-422-3449 to register. Payment may be made over the phone with your Visa or MasterCard. A confirmation of payment and terms will be mailed.
By Mail: Print the Mail-in Registration Form, fill it out, and send it along with a check or money order payable to:

Full Class: If any class should fill to capacity, a notice will be provided online that registration is closed for that class. Should a registration and payment be received after a class is closed, the participant will be notified and given a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving payment or they may apply their payment to a future class.
First Day of Class
Participants are asked to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to class to sign in, set up, and get acclimated with the classroom and facilities. Participants who are 20 minutes or more late, may not be admitted to class. The confirmation letter or email will include items to bring, appropriate clothing, and any other information needed for the class.
General Classroom Rules
Beverages must be in a sealable, non-breakable container. Children and pets are not allowed in class. Service animals are allowed when necessary. Perfumes, colognes and heavy scents are highly discouraged to accommodate those with sensitivities. Audio or video taping and photography by participants is not permitted. Any disruptive or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated and the offender will be asked to leave.
Verification of Continuing Education Credit:
At the end of class and upon receipt of complete payment, participants will be given a certificate of completion. SRT will maintain records of completion for ten years. If a duplicate certificate is needed, there is a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of Class: In the event that an SRT class is cancelled for any reason, participants will be given a 100% refund within 30 days of the class being cancelled or the participant may apply their payment to a future class.
Participant No Show: In the event that a participant does not call or show up for a class, SRT will charge/retain the $25.00 non-refundable deposit for each class and refund any balance within 30 days of receiving a written letter or email request for refund or the participant may apply their payment to a future class.
Participant Cancellation: In the event that a participant cancels attending a class in advance, SRT will charge/retain the $25.00 non-refundable deposit for each class and refund any balance within 30 days of receiving a written letter or email request for refund or the participant may apply their payment to a future class.
Inclement Weather
Should weather conditions be severe or an unforeseen emergency exist, a class may be cancelled or delayed. Please call Taya’s cell phone 425-422-3449 or the designated instructor in the event of severe weather or emergency conditions.
Limitations on Liability
Taya Countryman LMT, Structural Relief Therapy (SRT), and all affiliated instructors are not responsible for any loss or personal injury, loss or damage to property, damage to participant or their personal property, while participants are at, traveling to or from, or participating in any SRT or SRT sponsored class. Participants are responsible for maintaining their own professional liability insurance.
SRT Merchandise Refund Policy:
If SRT merchandise arrives damaged, does not perform as you thought it would, or breaks within the warranty period, you should first contact us by phone or email so we can quick start the process. Next, we require a letter by mail for our records which clearly states the problem and/or damage to:

Every effort will be made to resolve the issue within 30 days of notification whether by refund, replacement, or repair. SRT may require the return of defective, damaged or unwanted merchandise before resolution can occur. The goal of SRT is always to provide quality in products and services and to resolve any situations with integrity and fairness to all parties involved.

SRT does not share, rent, or sell names or personal contact information with any outside entities. SRT is the sole owner of information collected on this website. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact with you.
